According to a survey, in recent years the monthly expenditure of a college student has been on the sharp rise. Many college students spend money like water and have no concept of thrift in their mind. They take it for granted that they spend money from their parents before they enter into the society. This extravagant spending is mainly caused by the following factors.
根据调查显示，近年来，大学生的每月开支一直在急剧上升。很多大学生花钱如流水，在他们的心中没有节约的概念。他们在进入社会之前花父母的钱觉得理所当然。造成这种奢侈消费的原因，主要有以下因素：
　First of all, nowadays most of students are the only children of their families. They are the apple in their family’s eyes and naturally get more care and pocket money. Secondly, with the improvement of living standard, parents can afford higher expenditure of their children. Thirdly, some students like to pursue fashion and trends, which tends to need more money. Finally, campus love is also a possible factor causing extravagant spending.
第一，如今大多数学生都是独生子女。他们是家里的掌上明珠，自然得到更多的照顾和零用钱。第二，随着生活水平的提高，家长有能力支付孩子较高的支侍肆出。第三，一些学生追求时尚和潮流，这往往需要很多的资金。最后，校园爱情也是造成高额消费的因素之一。
From my point of view, a college student, as a pure consumer, should learn to be thrifty. We should limit our expenditure on daily necessities but not buy whatever we want regardless of their prices. The habit of thrift can help us form right values and is favorable to our future development.
从我的角度来看，一个大学生，作为一个纯粹的消费者，应当学会节俭。我们要限制生活必需品的开支，而不是只要是我们想要买的东西就不管它的价格。提倡节约的习惯老举轿，能帮助我们树立正确的价值观，有利于我们未来的发答册展。

My view on the expenditure on campus
These days , salary of staff is better and better ,and the cost of learning is also gradually increasing on some university campus, college student prefer to good brand goods than others. In their mind if he or she is not waring good sports ware , he will be undeestimated.
This kind of atmosphere happens on almost every campus in China.That is called unrealistially comparing. with others.
The unrealistically comparing with others has a lot of disadvantages.First it increases the cost of studying life , second it makes students parents pay more money for it .So it is really bad for the college students and their parents.
As a college student, we should spend our money in a proper way . The first we should be frugal ,just because our parents do their best to afford our tuition. The second we should spend money according our family's incoming. In that way ,we can make a better life.
