How nice to hear form you ! In your letter you asked me how to keep healthy...
on my opinion , we must keept three life style so as we to stay on health
first of all, we must take care of our eating habit . fish meat beans and so on is
good for our health ,especilly fresh vegetables and fruits did ,but much sweet is bad for it;
then we must keep tainning on our body, study with a rest and take some more gymnastics
is also contribute much to our body。
At last we must have a good sleep eveyday，do not stay all night and keep a sleep time at least 8 hours one night ！
