As research shows that there are 12 million children and youths overweigh who usually lack exercise and have fast food instead of breakfast.
As far as I'm concerned, breakfast and enough exercise are essential parts to good health. As young people, our body that is under growing needs nutrition(营养)and exercise badly. We'd better have a good breakfast and exercise to keep fit.
The following suggestions may be helpful. First of all, parents should make breakfasts without too much sugar. More sports should be taken. What's more, the government should take measure to reduce the number of fast food store. At last, dining hall should pay attention to students' health and make food better.
